Handley Hopes to End Cup Heartbreak

Newport Town manager Stephen Handley has admitted he is desperate to get his hands on the Shropshire Challenge Cup.

Handley has played in, and lost, three cup finals with Newport and Bridgnorth Town. Town lost to Market Drayton (5-1) and Shawbury (2-1), while Bridgnorth were beaten 1-0 by Shifnal United. The boss has confessed his players are hungry to win their quarter-final home clash tomorrow against West Midlands division one high-fliers Wem Town.
